This project contemplates the construction of a multifamily building in Rua da Boa Hora, Porto. Both the slabs and interior walls will be torn down, yet the stone walls surrounding the two buildings and the wall facing Rua da Boa Hora will be kept and reinforced. The foundation will also be reinforced to give way to a reinforced concrete structure with a basement floor, ground floor and three raised floors and roofing.
