Located in one of Porto’s most charming neighborhood, this project encompasses a twofold building: the first, the “palacete”, was intended to be rehabilitated and expanded, which includes the construction of an additional floor and respective roof, as well as the reorganisation of the interior spaces; the second underwent a full demolition of the existing structures in decay and subsequent construction of a new seven storey building in yellow colored exposed concrete.
