This project refers to a three-story building on Rua de Álvares Cabral, in Porto, initially built in the 19th century, in need of global rehabilitation, projected to go through several specific demolitions. The consequent strengthening with introduction of steel structures and profound renovation to be transformed into a multifamily building of seven independent fractions follows stucco’s project for integrated design and interdisciplinary coordination.
