What keeps us moving?
Efficient problem solving, innovation in materials, technical excellence and, of course, working with the best clients, collaborators and partners.
Our projects begin to take shape on a sketchbook at an early stage, where all the client’s requirements are put to the test and the best engineering solutions and ideas are streamlined for implementation. This freedom and flexibility allow us to quickly share the concept of the project, thus promoting a broader discussion and the assessment of the right solution.
From simple manual calculation to 3D finite elements analysis of geometrically complex structures, as well as a step-by-step detailed analysis for phased construction simulation, stucco’s array of sophisticated tools is crucial to meet the most demanding challenges.
After a clear understanding of structural settings and restrictions, based on the client’s and the architect’s vision, we kick off the process. It’s important to let all parts involved know we understand the behaviour of structures as a whole, as well as each component, by selecting from a vast variety of techniques and software available in our office.
The generated models are mainly used to create technical documentation, as well as renderings to help showing the projects to our clients and the rest of the team.
Our experience in using Autodesk Revit and the technological partnership we established with our sister company bimTEC mean we’re extremely comfortable working in a collaborative BIM environment, generating models fed by the information needed for the extraction of detailed documentation, multidisciplinary coordination and interference check, in order to guarantee quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project phasing.
